Shipping Services

We currently use Canada Post for shipping within Canada, including to P.O. boxes.

We currently do not ship to the US or internationally.

Processing Times

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.

For high volume periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed.

During high volume periods, please note that Canada Post may experience delays.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders over $40 (before taxes). Canada Post Expedited Parcel is used as the Standard shipping method. 

How do I change or cancel my order?

We work to fulfill orders quickly out so that our customers receive them as soon as possible. However, if you would like to change or cancel any part of your order, (including your shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will try our best to meet your request or come up with the best solution if the order got fulfilled prior to contacting us.
